Application

The first step in the homebuying process is to complete an application. In that application here are some items to have on hand or be ready to input:

1. Applicant's Name

2. Applicant's Date of Birth

3. Applicant's Social Security Number/Tax Identification Number

4. Current Address and Previous Address is less than 2 years

5. Place of Employment (Previous 2 years with start and stop dates)

6. Hourly wage, Salary, or Self-Employed Income

7. Estimated Loan Amount you are seeking
